Increase motivation in organisations – by knowing thy needs
No people, no organisation. When we stop designing against what it means to be human, we start to lead effectively. That’s the core idea behind a needs-oriented “operating system” for organisations. In this post, I introduce Self-Determination Theory and explore how it can be applied in practice. The result?
